How long does Shipping take?

Orders are shipped every monday. if there is a holiday, orders will be shipped on tuesday.

I am missing my confirmation/shipping email, what happened?

I always suggest checking out your spam folder! Occasionally they will end up there, if you cannot find it still, please contact me!

What if I need to change my address?

I will be able to change your address as long as I have not shipped out your order, so please try to contact me before Sunday! I am not responsible for lost mail due to a changing of address.

My package is lost, what do I do?

Unfortunately, mail can get lost. I am not responsible for packages once I hand them off to the USPS. Every package I ship comes with a tracking number. I highly suggest waiting a few days and checking with your local post office. If nothing arrives or they can not help, please email me!

A product is damaged/missing

If something you ordered is damaged/missing, please contact me! Mistakes happen and i will gladly work with you on getting you the correct items. if something is damaged, insurance on any mailed orders will help cover this!
